With this class series you will leave informed, empowered and prepared to face whatever curve balls labor and delivery might throw at you!

This comprehensive holistic class (suitable for hospital, home or birth center families) is designed to give you information about all aspects of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, including:

• finding your  confidence in birth
• optimal fetal positioning
• breathing & relaxation skills
• natural pain relief options
• pros and cons of interventions medications and tests
• the physiological birth process & tips for each stage
• how to give excellent labor support (coaching)
• creating your birth your way (birth plans)
• cesarean birth & reducing the risk of it
• adjusting to new parenthood
• basics of postpartum mom & newborn care, and breastfeeding

Class One - Understanding Labor An overview of the process of labor, what women are looking for during labor, and what supporters or partners can provide

Class Two - Labor Toolkit  An understanding of how women feel during labor, and coping strategies that may help

Class Three - Making Decisions  Identifying decision making strategies to provide you with tools for making choices during pregnancy, birth and parenting

Class Four - Breastfeeding & Parenting  An overview of how breastfeeding works and overcoming common problems, feelings in the postpartum period, and tools to help with parenting.

 $30/hr with a 3 hour minimum - currently only being offered to existing clients.

Belly Casting

Create a beautiful keepsake of your wonderful pregnant form! A bellycast is a replica of your pregnant form created sometime in the final months of your pregnancy. Created with plaster, the whole process takes less than an hour. We can cast just your belly, include your breasts, your arms, a full torso, the option are limited only by our imagination! I then take the casting home, prepare it, sand it down, and return it to you blank, so that you can decorate it however you please. I would like to plan this before your 37th week.

$55 just belly/$40 for existing clients
